EUROPEAN DAY OF LANGUAGES. Last 26th of September, we celebrated the European day of languages in our school. We went to the break of DBH students and we did some different activities. I helped sharing some papers to the students, where they had to get together a phrase and the language that it was written in. 

EXCHANGE PROGRAM. I would really like to go on an exchange program, not only because I would enjoy making new friends, but also because it would be a good opportunity to practice our english. I would like to go to England for example, because they would speak very good in english. I think that I would learn new things such us their habits and culture.

LANGUAGE CHALLENGES Answer next questions (explain your answers). 1. In how many different languages can you greet someone? I can greet in six languages: basque(kaixo), spanish(hola), english(hello), frech(bonjouor), german(halo), japanese(konishiwa) 2. In how many different languages can you count from 1 to 10 ? I can count from 1 to 10 in basque, spanish, english and french. 3. Can you write your name in different alphabets (such as Greek or Cyrillic) No I can't because I only know our alphabet. 4. Identify 5 words in your language that are the same in other languages: Pizza, internet, blog, bota, baguette. 5. Identify 3 words in your language that mean different things in other languages (false friends!). PREPARING THE EDL. I have come up with an idea for the day of lenguages. The idea is about going to classes of DBH and play the "Furor-furor" game. For this game the students will have to make groups of 5. Then we will say a word and each group will have to think of a song that includes that word in its lyrics. It doesn't matter the song's lenguage. The group that comes up with most songs will win.

THE IMPORTANCE OF AUDIOVISUALS.  Audiovisuals have become one of the most important things of our lifes. They make our day a days much more easier, but are they just beneficial for us?  Some might say that we wouldn't be able to live without technology owing to  the fact that it is necessary for all the thing we do, while others believe that audiovisuals, specially social networks, make a bad influence in our lifes due to the fact that not only do they make us compare our lifes with others', but also because we aren't reals there.  In conclusion, I think that audiovisuals are essential in our days but we must learn to use them properly.
